With campus abuzz ahead of the highly anticipated showdown between the Irish and the Ohio State Buckeyes, the 2023 Rockne Awards returned to South Bend, held in the William and Mary Ann Smith Ballroom, the main meeting space of the Morris Inn, Notre Dame’s classic on-campus hotel renovated in 2013 in a $30-million modernization.
