In honor of the 1924 Notre Dame football team, this year the Knute Rockne Memorial Society hosted “100 Years of Irish Quarterbacks“ to honor Irish QBs over the years, starting with Harry Stuhldreher, one of The Four Horsemen who led Notre Dame to the 1924 National Championship a century ago this fall. The evening featured additional appearances by and messages from former quarterbacks Pat Steenberge, Ron Powlus, Malik Zaire, and Brandon Wimbush. We proudly presented College Football Hall of Famer Joe Theismann with the 2024 Rockne Living Legend Award.

This year’s additional Rockne Awards will be presented in private ceremonies throughout the fall.
